I love concerts, and I have to been to many over my 22 so far years of life. I think festivals though, are a bit overrated. Sure the lineups are stacked with everyone you could ever want to see, but I feel as though they dilute the feeling of seeing someone by themselves. It isn't the same as seeing someone solo at a smaller venue. All that aside, I went to SnowGlobe last night for one reason only, to see Flume play. A lot of his music has single handedly inspired a lot of my work and the work of others I know. Getting to see him play live, packed in with thousands of people shoulder to shoulder was absolutely worth it. I decided to go on a complete whim the day of the show, and was able to get in with the help of some friends. You can guarantee though if he plays solo anywhere near the Reno-Tahoe area, I will definitely be purchasing a ticket to go see him again. I will blogging a lot more because there are so many images I take that I don't get to share anywhere.
